TARGET GROUP AND PURPOSE

The dashboard is aimed at summerhouses rental agencies and enables analysis of each agency’s own rental activity, as well as benchmarking against the overall rental activity in other areas.

SOURCES

Rental data provided by the rental agencies whose data are integrated into the platform. Includes the number of active, booked, and available summerhouses per day; the share of adults, children, and pets per booking; and, where available, guests’ postal codes and country of residence.

Mobile data provided by Norlys. Indicates the estimated number of persons per municipality, extrapolated from the number of mobile phones registered on cell towers. Currently includes only Danish mobile phones.

Tickets sales for the attractions whose data are integrated into the platform. Includes the number of tickets sold per day and ticket type.

Weather data provided by DMI (Danish Meteorological Institute). Includes the parameters temperature, precipitation, sun, and wind, grouped by week.

Transaction data provided by NETS. Indicates the number and value of transactions, as well as the distribution of transactions by category, card issuer country, and estimated municipality of residence (for Danish cardholders).
